In March 1986, Geoff and Lorraine Germain established Germain and Sons Pty Ltd. Trading as Germain Seafoods, the business started in a small office in their family home however it wasn’t long before the company out-grew that space.

As business grew, Geoff never lost sight of his core values to be reliable & honest with an emphasis on customer service & quality products. To this very day, whether you are a supplier or customer, big or small this commitment remains the same. From this dedication to our customers and suppliers, Geoff coined the phrase ‘If it’s Genuine, it’s Germain’.

From our humble beginnings 38 years ago, Germain Seafood’s is proud to be an Australian owned & operated business. After the passing of Geoff Germain in 2014, his legacy continues under the direction of his eldest son Justin.

Germain Seafood’s mission is to uphold it’s inaugural values and to see the company grow humbly through the success of it’s customers and suppliers.
